ORDERING INFORMATION

Ordering your Custom Furniture Art is quite easy and can be done in a few steps. At this time only our Presentation boxes can be ordered online - if you would like to order custom furniture, please call us at 516.767.6662 or email us directly.

To design and order your Presentation Box:
Step #1: The first step in ordering your presentation box is choosing your photo. Your photo will be featured on the front of the box and adorned with our custom painting. After you go through the purchase process, you will need to send us your photo either through email or traditional mail. To get the best looking rendering, please follow our Photo Guidelines >>

Step #2: The second step in ordering your presentation box is to choose the style and finish you prefer. See our Box Samples for pictures of our boxes and color swatches >>

Step #3: The third step in your ordering process is to place your order. You may order online or you may fax or mail our downloadable form. We currently use Pay Pal to take credit card orders securely online. If you need someone to assist you in the ordering process, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Step #4: The fourth step is to send us your photo. You may send your photo by email or regular mail. See our photo guidelines for more information. View our Photo Guidelines >>

Step #5: For the final step, you will need to include a provenance. A provenance is the history of the photograph you are sending. This may include names, dates, places and such. Please be specific as to what information will be placed with the photo on the front of the box, and what is to appear on the inside  of the box. Please send that information to us in an email to eta@customfurnitureart.com and make sure you include your name, number, and invoice number in the email.

All orders take 4 to 6 weeks to produce. A Rush Fee Service is available. If you would like to RUSH your order, there is an added $50 Rush Fee added to your order which guarantees a 3-4 week turnaround from when the order is received. This Rush fee does not include the regular shipping fee for the bag which will be added to your order total. Rush orders must be placed either by phone or via email. Custom orders are not returnable.
